Larry was helpful at every step of the process. He provided advice based on his experience in the local market, talked through important considerations for selecting a house, and was an ace when it came to negotiating with the seller. I highly recommend him.

Larry did a fine job and I am very pleased. He went above and beyond what was required of him on several occasions. My only issue was that Larry would give lengthy explanations when I would have happy with a short concise response. I would certainly refer him to friends and family.

Two. Thumbs up or higher again. He was very knowledgeable about the questions I had because I'm kind of new to this I didn't really know what I was doing but he did and it was very helpful to me through the process and made it feel easy

Larry is a great guy. The Cressy team should be proud to have such a valuable team player. Larry understood my level of interest with the property and reached out immediately when the past deal started to look less than ideal. He did exactly what I needed to get the deal rolling. Larry did well for both me the purchaser and communicating to the selling party the terms and related roadblocks that appeared in the process and we managed to close the deal 10+ days early. Kudos to Larry and the Cressy team.

He has been amazing through the entire process! He was more than willing to show me whatever I wanted to see. He also picked the phone up and was very prompt. I feel as a first time homebuyer that Larry went above and beyond to help me. We looked for over 2 years for a house to accommodate my family. When I felt discouraged he stayed positive. He was willing to show me whatever I wanted to see no matter the distance. He was very very prompt on time and replying to emails. He always picked the phone up, unless he was on the phone with someone else in which he would text right after saying he would call as soon as he was off the phone. He explained everything in terms that I would understand. Being a first time home buyer there were a lot of things that I did not know and did not understand. Larry did an amazing job explaining everything. He was there for literally every step of the way! I would highly recommend him and I would defiantly use him to buy another house! He was very professional. Very understanding. Very very very fast on replying to everything. Emails, phone calls, texts. Larry went beyond what I ever imagined. I'm very satisfied

We entered the market as sellers at a tricky time. Larry worked with us in putting together a plan that succeeded beyond our expectations. Larry was great from the first phone call. I had many questions regarding some special circumstances regarding the property we purchased. If he did not know the answer, he had one for us within hours. Very attentive. I am glad we found him.

Larry took my call when I called into the office. I explained my needs and he seemed eager to help me with the sale. I got the impression that he was a hard worker and he was that and MORE. Larry followed up with me the very next day after I called and explained the process and what the next steps were to selling my house. He promptly scheduled an open house and also had the home featured on Cressy & Everett's television program. The photos that were taken looked very professional and showed off the home's best features. I think the attribute that stands out the most to me about Larry is his communication skills. He always was available and returned my calls, emails and texts promptly. He was extremely resourceful in getting estimates and securing contractors for repairs that needed to be made. I felt like he always had my best interest at heart. He was professional, yet friendly and always trustworthy. I am very pleased with Larry Dietl and appreciate the long hours and effort he put into selling my home. He was never afraid to get his hands dirty. At one point, he went into the crawl space and sent photos of repairs that were done. He had a great amount of knowledge about what contractors to get estimates from and pushed them to meet our timeframe. Larry had the support of the other agents in the office when needed. Larry was on phone duty when we inquired about a property that we were interested in viewing and was very personable and eager to meet and show us the property after his phone duty ended. As a new agent he was able to get the answers we needed when he was unsure of a process. Larry's training agent and supervisor were there for him and answered questions that arose. Always available and rapid response's to our questions and concerns.
