Larry was wonderful to work with! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and honest. The most important factor for me, and the reason I liked working with Larry so much, was that I felt I could trust him. I felt like Larry was looking out for me and truly worked towards my best interests.

Larry showed me countless amounts of houses for over 2 years. He stuck with me until the end. He's very knowlegable about the area and homes in general along with finacial expertice. If you are looking for someone to give you honest opionions and guidence I'd recommend Larry.

Mr. Dietl was very helpful and responsive. I was a first time home buyer and I was not familiar with the area I purchased my condominium. Larry was knowledgeable about all of the processes, provided me with vital information in a timely manner, and educated me about the local area. Overall, I am very satisfied with Mr. Dietl's services and plan to use him again in the future.

Larry Dietl was a great representation of what a great realtor is supposed to be. He was very knowledgeable about properties and would make time to show my husband and I several properties. I would literally be at a home he would be showing and see a house online and he would book it so we could see it that same day! My husband and I had worked with Larry Dietl about a year ago when renting my house out to a tennant. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. When we decided to sell the home, there was no question who we would list with. Larry walked us through the process, explained things very well and made the whole experience easy and positive. Larry sold our home and patiently listened to our needs and helped us negotiate the one we wanted. He is not just professional but his communication was above all his best quality. As a first time home buyer, Larry was very very helpful explaining everything that I was signing, what I needed to know, and would gladly answer any question I had even if it wasn't apart of his job. He was an excellent agent that is determined to get you the best price you can get. I would highly recommend.

Only broker in my opinion

Larry was recommended by a friend and we are so happy that he was. He was very easy to talk to, was usually available when we called and if not he would call back in a timely fashion. Larry really knows his stuff, he always had an answer if we had questions. He explains everything very well, and is quite thorough. Going forward, we if we ever have the need, we will select Larry again. He is the best at what he does, he has the personality to fit his position. We have worked with many realtors in the past, but Larry goes above an beyond. Highly Recommend!

Larry went above and beyond for my family. Larry was a phone call away day or night and ALWAYS answered. He was an incredible agent, Larry went above and beyond to make sure I understood the paperwork that I was signing even when it was paperwork that he did not need to explain because it came from an outside source when closing started. I previously had a terrible experience with another realtor company and Larry simply made all the worries I had fade. He was very flexible with my hours and helping my family view homes that we thought may be suitable with me being a trauma nurse at the hospital my hours were some days very unreasonable yet Larry again went above and beyond to make sure that my family's needs were met. I have never been so thankful for someone that made this whole entire process that to me was extremely scary, so smooth. Larry stayed on top of things for me when it came to the bank and was an extra hand with multiple things I needed even after closing date. Larry is much more than a realor to my family, he has become a staple go to person for my family and we daily boast about how wonderful our realtor was and continually send people his way. Larry did an outstanding job, I could never be more grateful. We love Larry and still keep in contact to this day. I will always send work to him, he took the best care of my family and I and I could never be more grateful. One of the nicest people I've met in my life. Genuine, honest, friendly, trustworthy, very hard worker. In my opinion Larry is a key element to a great figure for a company. He's an outstanding man. Excellent didn't even come close to how wonderful Larry was. He was much more to us than that. We will forever be grateful. I will be sure to send as much work to Larry. Larry was the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! He was very responsive and even responsive on nights and weekends. He gathered information and provided me with guidance that made the real estate purchase easy.

Larry was responsive to my inquiries and went above and beyond getting me detailed information and advising me on the whole process. He was just an excellent resource for me and made my decisions a lot easier to make. Larry responded to my request for a home visit on a Sunday night with a viewing first thing Monday. I was able to bet the house after a 4 year search. I couldn't have done it without Larry's help. Larry was very responsive to my calls even after hours and odd times. He was simply the best agent I have ever worked with.

Larry did so much during the sale of the house, I don't think he could've done any more. At one point my lawn service quit, and Larry had a lawn service out there that day that he recommended that did a better job. He searched for painters for me, recommended clean out services, found a cleaning service to clean the house, recommended someone for the septic riser that needed to be installed. I don't think that he could've done anymore or been any more hands-on in this whole process and it is truly truly appreciated.

Larry did a fine job and I am very pleased. He went above and beyond what was required of him on several occasions. My only issue was that Larry would give lengthy explanations when I would have happy with a short concise response. I would certainly refer him to friends and family.

Larry is a great guy. The Cressy team should be proud to have such a valuable team player. Larry understood my level of interest with the property and reached out immediately when the past deal started to look less than ideal. He did exactly what I needed to get the deal rolling. Larry did well for both me the purchaser and communicating to the selling party the terms and related roadblocks that appeared in the process and we managed to close the deal 10+ days early. He has been amazing through the entire process! He was more than willing to show me whatever I wanted to see. He also picked the phone up and was very prompt. I feel as a first time homebuyer that Larry went above and beyond to help me. We looked for over 2 years for a house to accommodate my family. When I felt discouraged he stayed positive.
