I really enjoyed working with Larry Dietl as my buyers agent. He was very informative and always willing to take my calls and answer any questions I had. He took the time to find out what I was looking for, knew my price range, set me up on a program that would send me automatic updates for anything new coming on the market within a specific price range and location area. He was always willing to schedule showings of properties I was interested in seeing, gave me his honest opinion about the listing's and whether there were concerns I should be wary of. He did not try to pressure me into buying something I was not comfortable with and when I was ready to buy, he negotiated the contract quickly and with my needs and interests as a priority. He was very polite and professional throughout the time I worked with him, which was several months. From the first house viewing to my final purchase, I felt he was always looking out for what was important to me and what was in my best interests.

I met Larry at an open house at Koons Lake Indiana. I gave Larry my number and told him what I was looking for. Larry found many listings that met my needs and did not disappoint. Larry followed up with every phone call and got me answers to any questions that came up during the process. Finally, we were able to find the right house in Lowell Indiana. Larry was a superstar! He was always so helpful whenever we had questions and would schedule a visit as soon as we were available regardless of the timing. When we decided to build a home he was resourceful and helped to find the builder we went with. Throughout the whole construction process Larry was reliable and wonderful to work with. He is truly one of a kind.

We were ready to sell our Bremen home. We met with Larry Dietl, and felt comfortable listing with him. After we let him know that we wanted him to be our listing agent, he and his photographer came out quickly, like on a Thursday evening, and our house was listed two days later. Larry was on top of things, asking permission before every showing and giving us feedback afterward, as it was shared with him by the buyers' agents. Things seemed to move pretty quickly. In a week's time, we had 6 showings and 4 offers. Larry responded to our texts and e-mails promptly. We accepted one of the offers on the 7th day and the closing was scheduled less than 3 weeks later, as we had accepted a cash offer. Larry was very helpful and a great communicator. If you're looking for an effective agent, give Larry a call!

Larry was extremely helpful during the process of buying a home. He was always just a phone call or email away. He made the buying process easy.

I absolutely was completely satisfied with Larry and the way he handled my parents estate. He was extremely knowledgeable of selling lake property. As a first time buyer I thought that whole process was difficult and even if it was, Larry made it easy and understandable for me.

Larry was very helpful when helping price the lot I sold. He understood my wants and needs at the time of posting. He was very professional anytime something new came up he was contacting me to let me know what was going on and help advise me accordingly. All around great experence that made it not stressful at all!

Mr. Dietl was very helpful and responsive. I was a first time home buyer and I was not familiar with the area I purchased my condominium. Larry was knowledgeable about all of the processes, provided me with vital information in a timely manner, and educated me about the local area. Larry Dietl was a great representation of what a great realtor is supposed to be. He was very knowledgeable about properties and would make time to show my husband and I several properties. As a first time home buyer, Larry was very very helpful explaining everything that I was signing, what I needed to know, and would gladly answer any question I had even if it wasn't apart of his job. Larry was recommended by a friend and we are so happy that he was. He was very easy to talk to, was usually available when we called and if not he would call back in a timely fashion. Larry really knows his stuff, he always had an answer if we had questions. He explains everything very well, and is quite thorough. Going forward, we if we ever have the need, we will select Larry again. He is the best at what he does, he has the personality to fit his position. We have worked with many realtors in the past, but Larry goes above an beyond. Highly Recommend!

Larry went above and beyond for my family. Larry was a phone call away day or night and ALWAYS answered. He was an incredible agent, Larry went above and beyond to make sure I understood the paperwork that I was signing even when it was paperwork that he did not need to explain because it came from an outside source when closing started. I previously had a terrible experience with another realtor company and Larry simply made all the worries I had fade. He was very flexible with my hours and helping my family view homes that we thought may be suitable with me being a trauma nurse at the hospital my hours were some days very unreasonable yet Larry again went above and beyond to make sure that my family's needs were met. I have never been so thankful for someone that made this whole entire process that to me was extremely scary, so smooth. Larry stayed on top of things for me when it came to the bank and was an extra hand with multiple things I needed even after closing date. Larry is much more than a realor to my family, he has become a staple go to person for my family and we daily boast about how wonderful our realtor was and continually send people his way. Larry did an outstanding job, I could never be more grateful. We love Larry and still keep in contact to this day. I will always send work to him, he took the best care of my family and I and I could never be more grateful. One of the nicest people I've met in my life. Larry was the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! He was very responsive and even responsive on nights and weekends. He gathered information and provided me with guidance that made the real estate purchase easy.

Larry was responsive to my inquiries and went above and beyond getting me detailed information and advising me on the whole process. He was just an excellent resource for me and made my decisions a lot easier to make. Larry responded to my request for a home visit on a Sunday night with a viewing first thing Monday. I was able to bet the house after a 4 year search. I couldn't have done it without Larry's help. Larry was very responsive to my calls even after hours and odd times. Larry did so much during the sale of the house, I don't think he could've done any more. At one point my lawn service quit, and Larry had a lawn service out there that day that he recommended that did a better job. He searched for painters for me, recommended clean out services, found a cleaning service to clean the house, recommended someone for the septic riser that needed to be installed. I don't think that he could've done anymore or been any more hands-on in this whole process and it is truly truly appreciated.
